  • "HHCD" refers to Helping Hand for Community Development, headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya.

3. Eligibility

To use HHCD’s services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when requested.

4. Donations

4.1 Purpose
Donations made to HHCD are used to support the organization’s mission, including community development projects, education programs, and support for vulnerable populations.

4.2 Non-Refundable Donations
Donations are generally non-refundable unless there is a specific agreement or error in the transaction.

4.3 Receipt of Donations
HHCD will issue receipts for all donations. If a receipt is not received, please contact us at info@helpinghandfor.or.ke.


5. Events and Programs

5.1 Participation
Users participating in HHCD events or programs agree to:

  • Comply with event rules and guidelines.
  • Act responsibly and respectfully toward others.

5.2 Cancellation
Event registration fees are subject to a refund of 50% if cancellation is made at least seven (7) days before the event. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the event.


6. Volunteering

Volunteers must:

  • Follow all instructions and policies provided by HHCD.
  • Act in the best interest of the organization and its beneficiaries.
    HHCD reserves the right to terminate volunteer engagements if policies are violated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, logos, and materials on HHCD’s website or publications, is the intellectual property of HHCD. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use HHCD’s content without prior written consent.


8. Website Use

8.1 Accuracy of Information
HHCD strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on its website. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information at all times.

8.2 Prohibited Activities
Users must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
